Inspired by Japanese gardens, the WINDOWS collection embodies a special aperture that connects interior and exterior worlds. For this collaboration, I drew upon my Cherry Blossom Series, which resonates with each individual\u2019s personal and cherished memories. On the dial, layered gradations of colour harmonise with the light filtering through the WINDOWS structure, evoking the subtle presence of blossoms trembling with the ripples of water and the stir of a gentle breeze.<\/p>

The pictorial space, suffused with a luminous shade of blue-green, is designed to accompany the wearer in daily life, offering an experience at once graceful and mysterious\u2014an enduring sense of tranquillity carried within the passage of time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t

SEVEN WINDOWS \u201cOtherwise than being\u201d<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Within my practice, the Blue Series\u2014titled Otherwise than being\u2014occupies a central place. By layering multiple shades of blue, these works generate a mysterious depth that transcends the surface. For this collaboration, I sought to echo the SEVEN WINDOWS\u2019 emblematic craftsmanship: its case-in-case structure, with three-dimensional indices that appear to float in mid-air. Onto the dial, I painted a variation of the Blue Series that conveys this sense of suspension and weightlessness.
\nEach piece in this collection unfolds with its own distinct chromatic depth, offering a unique encounter with shifting hues. As the light of one\u2019s environment changes, the dial reveals diverse expressions\u2014an ephemeral interplay of colour and atmosphere to be experienced only in that singular moment.<\/p>\n
